The Nikon D2xs digital SLR features a 12.4 megapixel DX format CMOS sensor that produces stunning images at an amazing 5 frames per second in bursts of up to 60 images. High-Speed Crop (HSC) mode increases the speed to 8 frames per second at 6.8 megapixels, and the HSC viewfinder mask makes it easy to compose in the High-Speed Crop mode. Incorporating high-performance Nikon image processing and color reproduction systems, the D2xs produces images of outstanding quality that meet and exceed the most stringent industry and commercial agency standards. In addition, its exclusive Nikon 3D Color Matrix Metering II intelligently evaluates numerous exposure elements and compares its findings against an onboard database of reference images, resulting in fast, accurate and consistent exposures.
