Programs

Six Challenging Preset Programs

P1 Quick Start/Manual Program - You can alter the speed or incline at your preference at anytime during the workout for a customizable routine.

P2 Interval Incline - Once this program is chosen by the user; the user must set the work out load from levels 1to12, and the work out time. Once everything is set and the user has hit the start button, the program will start. The SPEED will start from 2.0 MPH. The TIME counts down from the set work out time. The CALORIES and DISTANCE count up from 0. The INCLINE will follow the pre set incline levels in program, but the user is able to override the incline level anytime during the workout. After the work out time reached 0, the treadmill goes into a one minute cool down.

P3 Interval Speed- Once the user chooses this program; the user must set the work out load from levels 1to12 and the work out time. Once those two things are set, the user hits start and the program begins. The CALORIES and DISTANCE count up from 0. The TIME counts down from the work out time that was set. The INCLINE is changed manually during the work out. The SPEED will follow pre set speed levels in the program. The user is able to override the speed anytime during the workout. After the work out time reached 0, the treadmill goes into a one minute cool down

P4 Weight Loss- Set up for weight loss this program will put you through a work out to loss weight. The SPEED and INCLINE follow preset levels in the program to give you a work out to loss weight. The TIME counts down from the set work out time. The CALORIES and DISTANCE count up from 0. The user is able to override both the speed and incline levels anytime during the workout. After the work out time reached 0, the treadmill goes into a cool down mode.

P5 5K Self Learning/ Competition- This program is set up for long distance users. The DISTANCE is set up for 3 miles, and the SPEED and INCLINE follow preset levels in the program. The TIME and CALORIES count up from 0. The user is able to override both the speed and incline levels anytime during the workout. After the distance counts down to 0, the treadmill goes into a cool down mode.

P6 Heart Rate Control- This program is set up to keep the user's pulse between 65% of the maximum heart rate and 85% of the maximum heart rate. This will give the user the most efficient workout. This program begins with a 3minute warm up to get your pulse to reach 65% of your maximum heart rate. When that is reached, the Heart Rate Control program will kick in to get your pulse to 85% of the maximum heart rate.
